Data Deletion Request

You have the right to request the deletion of personal data that Zerxis Limited holds about you. Use this form to submit a formal request. We will acknowledge your request within one business day and complete verified deletions within 30 days.

What data Zerxis holds

Depending on your relationship with us, we may hold some or all of the following categories of data:

  • Contact details provided via web forms or direct communication
  • Call detail records (CDRs) associated with your organisation
  • Call recordings held under managed service agreements
  • Account and billing information
  • Support and correspondence history
  • CRM and integration data shared with our platform
Note: Certain data may be subject to legal retention obligations — for example, call records required under CBK regulations or financial services audit requirements. Where a legal hold applies, we will inform you of the specific retention period and delete the data as soon as the obligation expires.

How the process works

Complete and submit the request form below. You will receive an acknowledgement email within one business day.

Identity verification

We may contact you to verify your identity before processing the request, to ensure data is not deleted at the request of an unauthorised party.

Request processed

Your data deletion request will be processed within 30 days of verification. You will be notified by email when it is complete.

Confirmation

We will send a written confirmation once your data has been deleted from our systems, including any relevant backup cycles.
